AZ54

Infrastructure for the software that runs healthcare.

Three kinds of organization integrate AZ54, for three different reasons. The infrastructure is the same one.

Ship the capability, not the plumbing.

You have a product and a market. What you do not have is a year to spend on payment provider integrations, a ledger you can defend, and a compliance conversation in every country. That is the part we already built.

What you stop having to build.

  • One integration, several markets

The same request shape whichever operator is behind it.

  • A ledger you can show

Append-only double-entry records, so every balance can be re-derived.

  • Regulatory position, stated

Money movement is executed by licensed institutions. Your legal team gets a straight answer.

  • More than payments, later

Screening and engagement modules land on the integration you already made.

Your pharmacies get new capabilities. You do not build them.

A pharmacy management system is already the counter's operating system: stock, dispensing, accounts. Adding collection, payouts or screening to it turns an administrative tool into a health access point — without asking the pharmacist to learn a second piece of software.

AZ54 ships the capability to software partners, which deploy it across their points of care. One infrastructure node linked to three partners, each linked to three points of care. A topology sketch, with no figures.integratesdeploys

From one software partnership to real-world deployment.

Meditect publishes pharmacy management software used by pharmacists in French-speaking Africa. Through that single integration, capabilities we built reach counters we have never visited — the clearest demonstration of the thesis this company is built on: a single healthcare software partnership can distribute new infrastructure across multiple healthcare access points.

Meditect is an independent company and a commercial B2B partner. Neither company owns any part of the other. The figures below are AZ54's own deployment; no Meditect figure appears on this site.

One integration for the whole network.

Pharmacy groups, clinic networks and distribution networks integrate once and roll the capability out to every point they operate. If you are a single pharmacy rather than a network, the fastest path is still this form — we will point you to the right partner.

What a network switches on.

  • Collection at the counter

Mobile money collection wherever your points already take payment.

  • Screening as a service to patients

A health interaction added to a visit that was going to happen anyway.

  • One view across points

Activity reporting for the network, not one export per site.

Which of the three are you?

Tell us that, and the market you operate in. The answer is usually short.
