What you contribute
Routine records you already produce — dispensing, stock, prices, screening volumes — connected from the system that produces them. Nothing about a named patient, and nothing you have to collect on purpose.
What you get back
Benchmarks against a wider network, stock-out and price signals before they reach you, screening coverage across comparable points of care, and a view of your own data standardized well enough to compare.
The rule we hold ourselves to: a contributor always gets more back than they put in. If that stops being true for you, the arrangement should stop.

These three modes describe how the infrastructure is designed. The governance controls behind them are on the roadmap, not in production.
How contribution works.
Connect
A read connection from the system that already holds the data. No parallel data entry, no new software for your teams.
Govern
You set the mode per data type: private, shared with a named circle, or open as approved aggregates. Every setting is revocable.
Receive
Benchmarks and signals come back to you first, before any wider circle sees anything.

Who owns the data I contribute?
You do. Connecting data to the network transfers no ownership, and AZ54 does not become its owner.
Can I stop?
Yes, per data type and per mode. Stopping applies to everything downstream from that moment. Aggregates already published as open cannot be un-published — which is exactly why open mode is opt-in, aggregate by aggregate.
Do you sell it?
No. There is no resale of contributed data. Access for data users is negotiated per use, and contributors are told which uses exist.
Is my competitor going to see my numbers?
Not as your numbers. Shared mode returns aggregates across a circle; a single contributor's figures are not exposed to the others.
Is any of this certified?
No. We claim no GDPR, HIPAA, ISO or data residency certification. The governance controls described here are being designed, not audited.
How far along is this?
The financial services module is in production. The collaborative data infrastructure is on the roadmap — design, principles and early conversations. We would rather tell you that here than in a contract.
